2021
IT STARTED IN THE BLACK COUNTRY
Cool Hog started from nothing.
A few bags of scratchings, no experience, just figuring it out.
Packing orders, making mistakes, learning fast.
That’s where everything began.

2022
BUILDING THE BRAND
We grew the range, built the brand and got the name out there.
Sampling, word of mouth, doing whatever it took.
Bit by bit, things started to click.

2023
BIG GROWTH, BIGGER LESSONS
As things scaled, so did the learning.
More orders, more pressure, more mistakes to fix.
But one thing became clear…
Most products in this space weren’t built for flavour.

2024
SEEING THE PROBLEM
The more we grew, the more obvious it became.
Seasonings were weak.
You had to use loads just to get any flavour.
Half of it didn’t stick. Half of it got wasted.
It didn’t make sense.

2025
THINKING DIFFERENTLY
After years of building Cool Hog, I knew exactly what was missing.
If I was going to do this properly, it had to be better.
Not just another seasoning.
Something built around flavour first.

REGUL8 is built on everything I’ve learned.
